Objectives and Key Outcomes
- Financial Reporting and Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices & Capex expenditures; resolve discrepancies.
- Track and Account for Fixed Assets and Capital Projects.
- Maintain Internal Controls to Safeguard Company Assets.
- Analysis and Business Support: Deliver monthly financial reports and analysis to department leaders. Maintain schedule of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Forecast Schedule for what is needed to support Field Operations. Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.
- Management: Manage an onsite team to prepare deliveries, repair equipment, and maintain proper inventory levels. Provide phone support for Field Operations when additional material is req’d onsite.

Required KSA and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to operate heavy equipment, i.e., forklifts, bobcats, aerial lifts, and yard tractors (trucks).
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair.
- Able to read and understand parts diagrams to assemble/disassemble miscellaneous equipment.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings to determine material counts prior to shipping to jobsites.
- Able to work independently.
- Committed to safety, customer satisfaction, first time quality and efficiency.
Preferred
- Ability to weld (however not required).
Working Conditions
- Combination of office and field work conditions.
- For office, some ambient noise, climate control, fluorescent lighting.
- Field: Traverse uneven ground, move minimum of 50 lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, climb on a flatbed semi-trailer.
- Requires minimal travel (less than 5%) for site or plant visits.
- Personal Protective Equipment is required to be worn in designated areas in plant and construction sites.
