Job Description

This is a relationship driven sales role with long-term income potential through commission. We know building a client base takes time, which is why we offer ramp-up earnings support during your first months as you grow your pipeline and book of business $2,500 New Agent Ramp-up Incentive This supports your transition by providing additional income as you develop your pipeline and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Required Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.
