Responsibilities
- End-User System Installation (55%): Deliver and install systems—including printers, copiers, and connected devices—on-site with precision and professionalism. Follow all installation specifications, schedules, and budgets. Document activities, use appropriate tools and platforms, and communicate effectively. Provide post-installation guidance and support to end users. Identify, analyze, and resolve unanticipated installation challenges in the field.
- Capability Development (30%): Develop and demonstrate strong communication and technical skills. Continuously enhance your technical knowledge, including emerging office technologies. Support and mentor others (including student labor or new team members). Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Technical Support Activities (15%): Accept and complete all assigned field or in-office technical tasks. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and updates on printer and copier systems. Prioritize and document all activities thoroughly. Proactively communicate issues to supervisors and request support when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field installation, IT systems, or office technology.
- Specialization in printer and copier installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and follow installation specifications thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills to guide users and collaborate with teammates.
- A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and accountable—you take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Qualifications
- A technical degree or equivalent field experience is preferred.
