Raymond West is committed to providing end-to-end warehouse solutions, including lift trucks, racking, conveyor, dock and door, vertical storage and retrieval, rentals, parts, and service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the installation of warehouse automation systems, including conveyors.
- Prioritize excellent customer service and interaction, ensuring single interaction resolution.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, sales representatives, equipment suppliers, and installation technicians.
- Provide consistent and daily updates on project progress.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure project success.
- Travel up to 80% across the United States (3–28 consecutive days on-site at a time).
- Maintain professionalism, detail-oriented records, and systematic documentation.
- Conduct daily debriefings, gather documentation, and execute safety standards in the field.
Requirements
- Experience managing the installation of warehouse automation systems, ideally conveyor systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Qualifications
- Preferred but not required: College degree from a four-year school or 5 years of experience in MHE or technical and mechanical experience in the field.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $100,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors including relevant experience, education, and work location.
Schedule
- Non-project weekdays: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (varies as required).
- During project deployment: Hours depend on customer operational availability, often 6 days per week, 10 hours per day.
