Field Helper (Sign-on Bonus)

About the role

As a Field Helper, you will work alongside a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver to support the safe and efficient transport of petroleum products. Your goal is to assist the driver by performing physical labor, adhering to safety protocols, and helping with both vehicle operations and on‑site tasks. Success is measured by effective collaboration with the driver to deliver the product to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks.
• Perform manual‑labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, holding in place, and retrieving/delivering items.
• Provide equipment assistance throughout the day as needed.
• Help hold necessary items in place during loading and unloading.

Skills

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Focused commitment to safety.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of commercial transportation experience.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation

The expected hourly range for this position is $18.00 – $21.60, with placement within the range based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
