Field Heavy Equipment Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Caterpillar and related heavy equipment
• Perform advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Work in the field at customer locations
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Support and mentor other technicians when needed
• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
• Minimum five plus years of Cat dealer experience and ten years' heavy equipment industry experience

Pay

• Starting wage will depend on experience and education
• $47.60 - $60.71

Schedule

• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
