About The Role
Join Mainstay as a Field Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor Agent) and seize control of your earning potential while delivering essential real estate field services. As a contractor, you'll perform specific tasks for Mainstay clients, earning compensation based on the work you complete. This role is ideal for licensed real estate professionals seeking flexible field work, additional income, or a way to stay engaged in the industry without full-time commitments. Mainstay's Field Flex Agent Program empowers you to leverage your expertise in real estate while maintaining full independence, selecting tasks that align with your schedule.

Requirements
- An active real estate license.
- Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple listings diligently.
- Strong technical skills: proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs.
- Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication.
Compensation
As a Field Flex Agent, you will earn per completed task. Tasks include Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings, and contract-to-close tasks. Additional Earning Opportunities: Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
