Field Finance Manager

Lineage is currently searching for a Manager, Finance to join our growing team. Ideal candidates possess in-depth experience in finance, accounting or economics combined with strong technical skills, natural curiosity and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You will partner closely with the RVPs of Operations and Sales, as well as facility General Managers and Sales Managers, to drive regional portfolios of business consisting of approximately 30 operating locations generating over $250 million of annual revenue. As the Field Finance leader for this portfolio you will need to be highly effective at facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships with operating leaders at all levels. In addition, this role will lead and develop a small team of Field Finance professionals, ensuring strong execution of forecasting, reporting, planning, margin enhancing initiatives, and analytical support while building future finance talent for the organization. Job Functions Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.Experience leading teams within a matrixed, fast-paced environment while balancing strategic initiatives and day-to-day business support.Proven ability to build team capability, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Develop strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with operating leaders at all levelsPartner closely with Operations and Sales leaders to drive results, function as a regional CFODrive financial results via data analysis, including key trends, variance analysis and development of financial models for decision supportLead annual multi-year strategic plan and business plan processes, including year-over-year analysis of Site and Region level P&LsContinued development and improvement of Workday and Adaptive Insights reporting, forecasting, and planning toolsLead monthly reporting and forecast processes including variance analysis and explanations, and driving an action oriented mindset and results focus. The key is to provide insights and strategies that drive the business, not just reporting the news.Increase productivity by improving automated reporting and forecasting toolsMarket research, data mining and business intelligence ad-hoc projectsSupport mergers and acquisitions analysis and integration as necessaryReview and influence capital spending plans via business case, payback and profitability analysisDrive customer level business case and profitability analysis as necessaryDrive overall business analysis, understanding and actions using key performance indicators, including non-financial metrics Qualifications Bachelors required, Masters preferred7-10+ years of progressive relevant experience, including management experienceStrong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative), including the ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information crisply and succinctlyStrong interpersonal skills and presence to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization at all levels, including C-Suite/ExecutiveComfort working in a hands-on, highly engaged environment and willingness to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility along with a strong work ethic and bias for actionNatural curiosity along with a high degree of enthusiasm, commitment, servant leadership skills and a willingness to challenge the status quoDemonstrated ability to lead and influence without specific authority (cross-functional, matrixed teams)Commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer supportStrong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookFamiliarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects), Workday and Adaptive Insights experience a plusEstimated travel 20% Why Lineage?
