Summary
The Field Engineer will provide on-site engineering support during night operations, ensuring productivity, accurate documentation, quality control, and effective coordination with superintendents and subcontractors. The role is essential to maintaining compliance with project specifications and execution schedules.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide field engineering support during night shift operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily field reports.
- Track quantities and production progress.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities on-site.
- Support inspection processes and quality control procedures.
- Follow up on RFIs and technical queries.
- Prepare and update as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical background.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction projects.
- Experience in heavy civil or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and field reporting.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and support site supervision teams.
- English level: C1 (Advanced).
- Local profile preferred.
Working Hours
Monday through Friday, 12-hour shifts, on either day shift or night shift, plus alternating Saturdays.
