Field Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)

Essential Job Functions

• Aid the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, and Project Engineer as needed.
• Handle Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Conduct submittal reviews and shop drawing reviews.
• Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, change order pricing, and quantity ordering.
• Support project costing, forecasting, and schedule updates.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
• Coordinate project work across all disciplines and assignments.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Freshmen through Seniors currently enrolled at a four-year institution, pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proactive, open-minded, eager to learn, and willing to work hard as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet internal and client project deadlines without compromising quality.
