About the role
The Field Engineer Intern will assist superintendents with daily duties. Some Things You Can Expect To Do:
- Assisting with project document flow
- Scheduling
- Quality control
- Safety
- Other duties specific to the project.
Responsibilities
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Be Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
You Will Really Stand Out If You Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings.
Communicate clearly orally and in writing.
Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines and work towards job site efficiency.
Requirements
Compensation
The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
