Responsibilities

  • Participate in the MDB safety culture by following all company safety policies and practices.
  • Monitor job progress including review of all field documentation for correctness and completeness.
  • Aid Project Manager in preparing monthly progress submittals for submission to customers for billing and tracking purposes.
  • Gain hands-on experience performing load tests on rock anchors, soil nails, tiebacks, and micropiles.
  • Review and process load test data in a timely manner for submission to customers.
  • Aid operations in monitoring scopes of work, recognizing scope changes, and creating change order documents.
  • Prepare and submit preconstruction submittals.
  • Prepare grab & go prior to project kickoff.

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or direct industry equivalent experience.
  • Good communications skills with both internal and external customers.
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as defined by the company insurance carrier.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong technical communications skills (reading and writing).
  • An organized approach with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines.
  • An excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

Requirements

  • Frequent travel throughout our operating region (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York & New Jersey).
  • Commitment to work the hours required to meet the needs of our field operations.
  • Work as a team player.
  • Effectively maintain multiple priorities.
