About the role
The Field Engineer, Chandler is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to clients in the Chandler area.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to clients
- Maintain and troubleshoot client equipment
- Document issues and solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network infrastructure and protocols
