Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking entry-level Field Engineers, preferably college construction graduates, to support project management and field operations. This role provides training and development with potential career advancement to roles such as Craft Superintendent, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety planning
• Study plans and specifications
• Perform project layout using GPS and total station tools
• Ensure quality control
• Gather quantities and report costs
• Help manage subcontractors
• Document daily activities through reports, photos, and videos
• Assist with procurement and organize materials
• Safeguard company assets

Requirements

• Desire to learn and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in the field
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

Qualifications

Preferably college construction graduates.
