Field Engineer

Position Overview

The Field Engineer will support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN environments across multiple locations nationwide. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network hardware, assisting with architecture and design recommendations, and supporting data communications systems.

Requirements

• Strong TCP/IP fundamentals and experience with routing & switching
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform packet analysis
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure including firewalls, MPLS, fiber, and Telecom services
• Able to work independently in field-based environments with significant travel (75-100%) nationwide
• Comfortable supporting remote deployments of hardware like routers, switches, wireless access points, and end-user devices
