About the role

UBreakiFix Mobile Field Repair Technician

Responsibilities

  • Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window.
  • Inform customers of job status (en-route, arrived).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all van stock and equipment.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening.
  • Must be a great note-taker.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • Sales and customer support experience is a must.
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$18 to $21 per hour with uncapped monthly sales commissions. Our Techs make an avg. of $3-$5 extra per hour or more in commissions and tips.

Schedule

4-10 Hour Shifts typically and can have split days off.
