We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must include only sections with real content. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content: - Department: Field Decommission - Location: Waco, Texas - Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour - Description includes: Field Decommission Technician $25.00 - $30.00/Hourly +High Overtime Yearly Target Earnings: $75,000+ Workplace Type: Onsite Schedule: 2 Weeks On; 1 Week Off We have sections: About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is a section. Could map to "About the company" but headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We have "Job Summary" which is about role. Could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then paragraph. We have "Key Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. We have "Minimum Requirements" includes Education/Certifications, Experience, Knowledge Skills & Abilities. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements (education/certifications, experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (knowledge skills & abilities). But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list; we can include only those with content. We have Benefits described: medical, life, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement, 401K match, supplemental insurance, paid weekly, PTO, career pathing, second chance hiring, etc. So Benefits section. We have Pay: compensation given $25-30/hour, plus high overtime yearly target earnings $75k+. So Pay section. We have Schedule: 2 Weeks On; 1 Week Off, plus mention overtime, call-in, evenings, weekends. So Schedule section. We also have Location and Department maybe could be in a short paragraph under About the role or separate? Could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers (none). Must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" paragraph. Also remove "Why work at Emerald?" maybe part of About the role? It's substantive about company culture; could be included in About the role. We must preserve all substantive information: So include Who We Are, Why work at Emerald?, Benefits details, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

About the role

Field Decommission Technician position in Waco, Texas, reporting to Field Decommission department. The role supports safe and efficient decommissioning of power distribution equipment at customer sites and Emerald Transformer facilities, involving dismantling retired units, recovering salvageable metals and usable parts, handling oils, solvents, and other liquid compounds per safety and environmental expectations. Requires regular travel throughout the service territory with overnight and extended stays, flexibility to work overtime, call-in hours, evenings, and weekends. When field work is not scheduled, technicians work at the home facility and may support other field crews or Emerald Transformer entities as needed.

But we need to preserve "Who We Are" and "Why work at Emerald?" Could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings list, we could put that content under About the role as well. Alternatively we could create a section "About the role" and include job summary; and maybe another section "About the company" not allowed. So better to incorporate. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities. Requirements: Education/Certifications and Experience. Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if we have content. Skills: Knowledge Skills & Abilities. Benefits: list. Pay: compensation and yearly target. Schedule: 2 Weeks On; 1 Week Off plus overtime etc. Let's extract details precisely. From posting: Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour Description Field Decommission Technician $25.00 - $30.00/Hourly +High Overtime Yearly Target Earnings: $75,000+ Workplace Type: Onsite Schedule: 2 Weeks On; 1 Week Off Who We Are: paragraph about Emerald Transformer.
