Field CTO (US)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation planning and product adoption for assigned accounts alongside Customer Success Managers
• Advise customers on data governance, security, privacy, and modern data architecture
• Identify new business opportunities and use cases for product expansion
• Gather customer feedback to influence product strategy and development
• Create technical content and enablement materials for customer needs based on field experience
• Support pre-sales efforts, including technical discovery and architecture discussions

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in implementation consulting, data governance, technical advisory or customer-facing roles within enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, and enterprise data operations
• Experience with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Starburst
• Ability to communicate technical concepts as clear business value to diverse stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations and documentation
• Proven ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and business leaders

Pay

$155,000 – $200,000 annually
