As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated and dependable Instrument Person(s) to join our Survey Team at our Middleton/The Villages office location.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a survey crew performing field operations for boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction surveys.
• Aid in the collection of accurate and efficient field data for mapping and design purposes.
• Operate survey instruments and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure quality work by maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain survey equipment and company vehicles in proper working condition.
• Promote and uphold a safe work environment in all field conditions.
• Collaborate with crew members and project teams to support successful project completion.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain.
• Commitment to reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Prior surveying experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
