We are seeking a Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join our service team in the Idaho Falls, ID area. PAID TRAINING included! Essential Job Duties Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)Providing high-quality technical support to our customer baseCommunicating with customers to ensure satisfactionDeveloping options to solve unusual problemsManaging time, resources, and territorial considerations Qualifications Mechanical and Electrical MindsetOther experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!Strong computer knowledge a plus!
