Job Responsibilities
- Cook up and schedule deliveries with Field Service Managers.
- Process and submit expense reports for Field Service Managers.
- Order hardware, sinks, and stone countertops needed to complete projects.
- Update and maintain hardware forecasts for current and upcoming jobs.
- Maintain strong relationships with all departments within Allied Interior Solutions (AIS).
- Count hardware and sinks for new jobs using architectural shop drawings.
- Maintain updated inventory for sinks, stone, and hardware using Smartsheet and Excel.
- Order and maintain forklifts for job sites, update invoices and inventory for budgeting on Excel.
- Update and maintain payroll for HUD certified payroll jobs by contacting Field Service Managers.
- Record hours and amount paid to installers worked on an Excel spreadsheet and update payroll online systems.
- Daily communicate with Field Service Managers on jobs lacking information.
- Update and maintain the Field Service Manager's backlog Excel sheet and coordinate with Superintendents to confirm accurate information.
- Ship and receive supplies for Field Service Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three years of construction experience.
- Previous construction management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning.
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License.
