Field Construction Technician

About the role

As a Full Time Field Construction Technician at CellularOne, you'll be at the forefront of construction projects, ensuring our tower installations are safe and state-of-the-art.

Responsibilities

• Tackle real-world problems, applying your expertise to create solutions that drive our company forward.
• Embrace the adventure of working outdoors, where no day is ever the same!
• Engage in excavation, underground construction, civil work, electrical work, fiber work, concrete work, wireless communication tower erection, line and antenna installations and upgrades, and microwave backhaul installations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with industry professionals and implement project plans.
• Work weeklong outings.
• Physically and mentally capable of climbing various types of towers.

Requirements

• A completed High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• A good driving record.
• A strong ability to work in various climates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs at a minimum.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weeklong outings.
• Physically and mentally able to climb various types of towers.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to coordinate with other persons in the industry (Tower owners, customers, engineers, etc.).
