About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
