About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
