Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
