Responsibilities
- Train In-field with SAH employees in client homes to ensure tasks are performed correctly and comply with RI DOH regulations.
- If CNA's require further training, report to RN Clinical Manager and schedule additional training with FCNA.
- Evaluate employees in the absence of the RN Clinical Manager.
- Review clients' ADLs & care notes with employees as needed.
- Speak with new clients about various duties that SAH CNAs can perform within their license.
- Review and educate staff on the safest & most efficient ways to perform tasks.
- Continue to work full-time as a CNA for SAH.
- Attend Job Fairs and fulfill client & employee recruitment obligations.
- Work at least 35 regular CNA shifts weekly, occasionally on-call, and up to 5-10 additional hours as needed.
- Occasionally work weekends and overnight shifts.
- Accrue PTO at 1 hour per 35 hours worked, not exceeding 40 hours in one calendar year.
Requirements
- At least 35 hours of regular CNA shifts per week.
- Occasional on-call services.
- Approximately 5-10 additional hours per week for FCNA duties.
- Some weekend hours.
- An occasional overnight shift.
