Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough, multi-faceted insurance claim investigations in the field
  • Perform site inspections including photographs, video documentation, measurements, and scene diagrams
  • Locate and interview claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties
  • Obtain signed or recorded statements as needed
  • Evaluate findings and provide clear, objective summaries and recommendations
  • Maintain sound judgment throughout investigations
  • Prepare and submit detailed, client-ready investigative reports
  • Provide timely status updates on all assigned cases
  • Ensure all assignments are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of investigative experience (insurance, legal, or related field)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
  • Prior insurance claims investigation or adjusting experience preferred
  • Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic technology systems
  • Active Adjuster License
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Notary Public designation
