Field Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Perform regular cleaning of the breakroom, vacuum rugs and entry mats, wipe down counters, sanitize door handles, ensure workstations are clean and hygienic, clean and sanitize frequently used items, empty trash bins.
• Stocking & Organization: Ensure the availability of shopping bags, refill receipt paper and barcode labels, organize and restock clothing returns, straighten and organize pick-up orders, maintain orderliness of hangers and clothing racks, clean store walkways.
• Event Support & Travel: Travel between various campus locations, set up and break down merchandise displays for pop-up retail events, transport necessary merchandise, materials, and supplies securely and in a timely manner, provide on-site assistance to create a seamless shopping experience.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
