About the role
The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long-term venue locations. This hands-on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand-aligned, and event-ready.
Responsibilities
- Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations
- Long-term venue booth installations and service visits
- Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance
- Real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Guest experience and on-site customer support
- Post-event reporting and operational feedback
- Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy
- Representing the Majestic brand in the field
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to lift and transport equipment safely
