About the role
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative materials solutions that drive advancements in semiconductor manufacturing processes.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new materials formulations for semiconductor applications.
- Conduct experiments to test material properties and performance under various conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials into production processes.
- Write technical reports and present findings at internal meetings and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant research and development experience in materials science or related fields.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials characterization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and data analysis software.
Qualifications
- Experience with materials synthesis and characterization techniques.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in materials characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, and DSC.
- Experience with materials modeling and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
