About the role

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative materials solutions that drive advancements in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize new materials formulations for semiconductor applications.
  • Conduct experiments to test material properties and performance under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials into production processes.
  • Write technical reports and present findings at internal meetings and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant research and development experience in materials science or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials characterization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and data analysis software.

Qualifications

  • Experience with materials synthesis and characterization techniques.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in materials characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, and DSC.
  • Experience with materials modeling and simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
