Field Analyst

About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a Field Analyst to complete evaluations and collect data on multiple client products to determine damage and expiration levels within the supply chain. This part-time position is based in Frankfort, Illinois, and offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations processes.
• Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of company policies and product policies for each manufacturer client.
• Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with warehouse managers, retail store managers, and internal departments.
• Pay close attention to detail during packaging analysis and data collection to meet quality standards.
• Manage time and schedule efficiently to meet productivity standards.
• Review and respond to company communications daily.
• Complete and submit electronic reports and paperwork on time (call reports, expense reports, TRACE paperwork, etc.).
• Complete training in all field-related services and procedures.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel, including 4-5 overnight stays per week.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations.
• Ability to meet production and quality goals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with hazardous waste in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Physical requirements: standing/walking on hard floors for 8 hours, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting/moving up to 70 pounds, and viewing items at close range.
• Commitment to following safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, retail stocking/customer service, auditing, shipping/receiving, and unloading experience is a plus.
