About the role
We are seeking a Field Analyst to complete evaluations and collect data on multiple client products. This role involves determining damage and expiration levels within the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations processes and company policies, including product policies for each manufacturer client.
- Develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with warehouse managers, retail store managers, and internal departments.
- Pay close attention to detail during packaging analysis and data collection to meet quality standards.
- Manage time and schedule efficiently to meet productivity standards.
- Review all company communications daily and respond as necessary.
- Complete and submit electronic reports and paperwork (call reports, expense reports, TRACE paperwork, etc.) within specified time frames.
- Complete training in all field-related services and procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel, including 4-5 overnight stays per week.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds independently; experience lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Warehouse, retail stocking, customer service, auditing, shipping/receiving, or unloading experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and handle hazardous waste.
- Regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and use hands/fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls for an 8-hour period.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations; support a safe work environment by reporting hazards.
Pay
$22.00 per hour.
