About the role
We’re seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and MS Office issues
- Manage tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Support Active Directory, MS Intune, and remote management tools
- Maintain office IT systems and equipment
- Deliver front-line customer service and technical support
Requirements
- 5+ years of desktop support or IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite
- Experience with Active Directory, MS Intune, and ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
