Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel for spreadsheet management, workbook creation, pivot tables, and charting
- Manage email communications, scheduling, and timely follow-up
- Communicate effectively with branch coordinators, sales representatives, and finance partners
- Process customer deals with finance partners accurately and efficiently
- Maintain meeting order processing, booking, and closing deadlines
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports
- Process orders in E-Automate and Agent Dealer systems
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience using E-Automate preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Industry experience: 5+ years
