Field Access Manager (FAM) - Pacific Coast

For our client, we are seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) - Pacific Coast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on improving patient access across the Pacific Coast by identifying barriers, supporting reimbursement navigation, and enabling timely product access. The position partners closely with HCPs, Market Access, and external vendor teams to strengthen launch readiness, lifecycle management, and operational effectiveness. It also requires strong analysis of access data and a practical, compliance-minded approach to simplifying complex payer and specialty pharmacy processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $174,600 – $203,700 annually Responsibilities Identify and resolve patient access barriers across payer coverage and prior authorization processes Support HCPs with benefits verification and documentation education Analyze HUB and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements Provide access education to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance Collaborate with Market Access and external HUB vendors to enhance efficiency Identify access barriers early to support launch readiness and lifecycle management Monitor key access metrics and develop actionable insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or patient access services Strong understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement pathways Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data management Proven track record of resolving complex access and reimbursement issues Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios Strong communication and relationship management skills Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off Company equity options Emphasis on diversity and inclusion in the workplace Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
