About the role

The Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is designed for those interested in a career in the financial services industry. It offers participants the chance to learn more about the industry, the culture at Fidelity, and the process of sitting for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)® Exam, which is the first step towards earning the Series 7 license.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sit for the SIE® Exam under the guidance of Fidelity’s licensing partners.
  • Access study materials and tips provided by Fidelity’s resources.
  • Engage with Fidelity’s leadership and associates through various key milestones in the program.
  • Explore career opportunities at Fidelity through personalized portals and tours of regional and investor centers.
  • Learn about the impact Fidelity has in its communities and regions.
  • Receive support and structure to help prepare for the SIE® exam and explore a future career at Fidelity.

Requirements

To participate in the Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled in or have recently completed a relevant educational program.
  • Have a strong interest in the financial services industry.
  • Be willing to commit to the program's timeline and milestones.

Qualifications

Note: Any application for full-time licensed employment will not be considered until completion of the Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model is transitioning to a full-time onsite presence, though this does not apply to fully remote roles.
