About the role

The Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is designed for individuals who are interested in a career in the financial services industry. It offers participants the opportunity to prepare and sit for the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam, which is the first step towards earning the Series 7 license.

Responsibilities

• Paid study materials and exam fees for the SIE® Exam
• Access to a personalized portal for study software and Fidelity resources

Requirements

To participate in the Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program, you must not be employed with Fidelity and not perform any work for Fidelity during the program. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for the full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role at Fidelity.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
