About the role
The Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is designed for those interested in a career in the financial services industry. It offers participants the chance to prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, which is the first step towards earning the Series 7 license.

Requirements
To participate in the Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program, you must not be employed with Fidelity and should not perform any work for Fidelity during the program. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for the full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role at Fidelity.

The pay for the full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role at Fidelity is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The schedule for the Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program is flexible and designed to accommodate your study and preparation needs. Participants are expected to dedicate time to studying and engaging with the program's resources.
Additional Information
Note: Any application for full-time licensed employment will not be considered until completion of the program. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model: Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
