About the role

Our company is seeking an Operations Director of Estimating to join our team in CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction estimating and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project profitability
• Manage and update cost databases and software tools
• Prepare bid documents and presentations for potential clients
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized estimating software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with construction industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction contract terms and conditions
