FHNF CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST
Around the Role
The Client Services Analyst is responsible for providing first and second level technical support for FHN Financial employees.
Responsibilities
- Assistance and problem resolution with desktop systems and applications
- File access, password lockouts and resets
- File restorations from backup
- Security issues, permissions
- E-mail issues
- Network connectivity
- Internet issues
- Printer issues
- Workstation support
- Mobile wireless device support
- Participation in IT projects
- Equipment and client moves and changes
- Application rollout
- Security-focused projects
- Equipment build and deployment
- Conducting training sessions for FHNF employees
- Occasional after-hours project work and routine on-call support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other qualifying discipline preferred
- Two years of experience in IT with demonstrated success in client-level problem resolution and working with customers required
- Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attitude of commitment to customer service
- Ability to lift 50-pound equipment and to position self to move technology as required
- Capability to work well under pressure and organize and prioritize tasks to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn applications specific to the financial industry and many proprietary applications to FHN Financial
