About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Teach and reinforce positive behaviors in clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
