About the role
The Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator for Urology position at RMA of New York combines clinical expertise, scientific innovation, and compassionate care. This role involves assisting with coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients, managing post-op calls, providing patient/couple counseling, educating patients on procedures, coordinating in-cycle male procedures, setting up outside procedures, scheduling treatment/testing, and establishing compassionate environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination, case management, and procedure scheduling for male patients
- Manage post-op calls and any clinical calls via triage line
- Provide patient/couple counseling
- Coordinate in cycle male procedures that correspond with female IVF cycles, as well as setting up outside procedures
- Schedule treatment/testing after initial and follow-up visits
- Congnorate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience working with electronic medical records is required
- A high level of customer service is essential and self-starter attitude is required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Pay
$92,000 to $99,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, from either 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
