About the role
The role of Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago, Illinois is available immediately. The schedule will vary as needed, including weekdays and weekends. Compensation is $33 to $36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy
- Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases involving donors or gestational carriers/surrogates
- Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others to coordinate patient care
- Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed
- Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies
- Assist with other office duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Registered Nurse with current Illinois license in good standing; BSN preferred
- Experience in 1-2 years in ambulatory care is a major plus
- Experience in infertility nursing preferred but not required
- Excellent work ethics and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment with a high patient volume, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
