Ferrovial Webber Energy - Field Engineer
About the role
Join Ferrovial Webber Energy, a joint venture between Ferrovial Energy Solutions and Webber, as a Field Engineer. This role serves as the liaison between the construction site and the office, providing critical support to the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent. You will focus on production tracking, operational planning, and managing project data, spending 75%-90% of your time in the field to maximize learning and growth in construction management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans, ensuring maximum efficiency in field operations.
- Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
- Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and material yield.
- Assist in ensuring field work adheres to project standards and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license for occasional required travel.
