Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Has the ability to physically perform and complete necessary documentation for the following tasks:
- Weigh media and cryoprotectant for production batches.
- Perform pelletization.
- Clean rooms and equipment for production, excluding CIP/SIP of large equipment.
- Ability to properly fill out room logs.
- Understands how to navigate the HMI in order to see what status equipment is currently in.
- Make media for INLA and fermenters.
- Make cryoprotectant.
- Use autoclave to sterilize equipment/media.
- Perform all master sanitation tasks associated with department.
- Follows operating discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned areas
- Proactively identifies improvements and opportunities utilizing improvement processes, appropriate management of change processes, and communication tools
- Performs sanitation duties per established frequency and procedures
- Complies with plant safety rules and maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition

- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), preferred.
