Fermentation Operator

In this hands-on role, you'll operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and help produce high-quality products in a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Operate and clean equipment including fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers
• Maintain a clean production environment by following hygiene and GMP standards
• Use computers to track production information and complete inventory transactions
• Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
• Complete production documentation and process paperwork accurately
• Support continuous improvement activities using LEAN manufacturing principles
• Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to walk stairs frequently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move consistently during the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license

Skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications

Pay

$19-$21 per hour
