About the role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, outstanding care to a young boy with global developmental delay. Your responsibilities may include peg feeding, administering medication, using cpap, repositioning, hoisting, and personal care.

Pay
£14.05 – £16.05 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual)
Schedule
Waking nights, Sunday – Thursday 8pm-8am

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of UK care experience including Bipap machine
- Experience with complex needs in a homecare setting would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
