As a Responsive Recruiter Female Exercise Specialist you’ll train clients on your terms, delivering personalized coaching that helps them hit their goals while you enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the stability of a brand that brings clients to you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high‑energy in‑home and on‑site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session

Requirements

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions

Skills

• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
