Job Summary

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking an experienced, compassionate Female Driver Certified Live-In Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide exceptional care to a female client in her home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support to the client
• Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
• Light personal care (fall risk, shower assist)
• Minimal cooking
• Monitor changes in condition and report to the care team
• Follow the client's care plan with professionalism and compassion

Requirements

• Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• 2 Step PPD (within 1 year) or Chest X-Ray
• Immunization records/MMR (titers)
• Physical
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Able to pass background check and meet state requirements
• Valid NJ Drivers License
