Female Care Assistant

Location: Reading, Maidenhead & Windsor | Contract type: Care Delivery | Salary details: £13.50 – £20.25 per hour.

You will support customers in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a supportive team. Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for the customers you care for.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship or visa transfer.
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous healthcare assistant experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.

Pay

• £13.75 p/h on weekdays ( £13.50 p/h during probation ).
• £14.75 p/h on weekends ( £14.50 p/h during probation ).
• £20.63 p/h on bank holidays ( £20.25 p/h during probation ).
