Live-in Care Assistant - Experienced Female

About the role

As a Live-in Care Expert at Bluebird Care, you will provide personalized care to customers in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer's needs
• Assist with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Manage medications and prepare meals
• Take care of household tasks including laundry, cleaning, shopping, and errands
• Support customers in maintaining connections with their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Work independently and as part of a dedicated care team
• Offer comfort and care during times of illness, hospital visits, and end-of-life care

Requirements

• Experience in Live-in Care essential
• A minimum of 2 years Care Experience
• Experience with complex care required
• Experience with Parkinson's disease preferred
• Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts
• To follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies
• To commit to training, professionalism, and confidentiality
• To have a Right to Work in the UK
